Managing Director

Bert has been in the cleaning industry for over 25 years and has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Eaton’s. Bert has owned and operated a number of very successful Commercial Cleaning Companies in both New Zealand and Australia. His specialty is customer relations including understanding their special needs. Bert continuously strives to source new and better ways to provide necessary services for the benefit of our customers by tailoring their special needs as a cost effective and functional package.

Theresa Smits

Director/Finance

Theresa has over 20 years of business experience specializing in administration, management, sales and marketing. Theresa has also been the owner of many successful business enterprises. Theresa’s knowledge and background in banking, finance and customer relations are a huge asset to the Eaton Group.

Mark Ripka

Director/General Manager

Mark has over 25 years managing medium to large service industry businesses in both Australia and overseas. Mark is focussed on continual improvement in operational procedures, compliance and safe work systems to deliver value to Eaton’s customers.

Robyn Ripka

Director of Sales/Marketing

Robyn has worked for over 20 years in the education and training industry. Robyn has extensive experience in promotion and marketing of services to customers and is particularly interested in development of “green” initiatives for sustainable work practices and consumables.

June Theuerkauf

Operations Manager

June has 30 years experience covering all aspects of the industry including private schools, office complexes, medical facilities, shopping centres and factories. Her day to day role is hands on with a major focus on staff training, induction and site inspections. Quality Assurance and regular customer contact are paramount. June is very well known and respected in the cleaning industry.

Dianne Deguara

Administration Manager

Dianne has had a very successful 16 year career in retail banking, personal banking and office management. She specialises in customer relations and ensures the continuous, harmonious and positive approach of the team she manages at Eaton’s head office.

Area Managers

Our supervisors are locally based in all major regional areas from Townsville through to South East Queensland including some rural centres. Their experience in the industry ranges from 5 to 20 years and are supported by a team of over 300.
