In particular, the quality of our staff is paramount in ensuring the high standard of service is maintained, therefore we follow strict induction procedures and undertake rigorous staff training programs.
These staff programs are supported by:
- Regular site inspections by Eatons management
- Staff that meet our strict employment criteria.
- Regular police checks and blue cards (where applicable)
- Confidentiality agreements
- Written tests on all safety modules and training of required specifications prior to entering client premises
- Correct methodology through our training modules
- Trained back up staff available at all times
- Providing staff with adequate resources to complete duties to a high level
- Regular Supervisor meetings to discuss issues or possible improvements
- Advanced communication systems for client feedback, reporting, emergencies and continual improvement
